Reservation Terms and Conditions at Omari Bendigo:

Bookings with Omari:

• You can make a booking for guests, via our website.
• Bookings over more than 6+ guests require a credit card to hold your booking. 
  Your card will only be charged in cases of:
  • Modifications to guest count were made less than 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • No-shows.
• A fee of $25 per person applies in the above circumstances.
• Credit card details are automatically deleted 24 hours post reservation for your safety.
• For bookings for over 12+ guests and booking the semi-private dining space, we recommend you Contact our team directly to arrange a suitable space to enjoy.
• Our deck is dog-friendly! 

Reservations & Time Allocation:

• Each booking entitles you to a 90-minute experience at Omari Bendigo, should you require longer, please advise our team in advance to see if we can accomodate your request.

• Reservations are held for a 15-minute grace period. If guests do not arrive within this timeframe, the slot may be released and a no-show fee could apply. Please advise our team should you be running late.
• For reservation modifications:
  • We will try our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
  • Changes should be made via the initial reservation email or our client portal. Phone line may not always be monitored.
  • The reservation organiser is responsible for any adjustments

Table Reservations:

• Due to weather unpredictability, we don’t take specific reservations for the deck. However, you can express your desire to sit there upon arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Booking Channels:

• Reservations are only accepted through our official website. 

Special Events:

• For ticketed or special events, visit our dedicated events page to book your spot.

Dining Considerations:

• We welcome and cater to dietary preferences. Please inform us upon arrival.
• A surcharge applies on all public holidays.

Property and Guest Experience:

• We look forward to a pleasant experience; however, damages caused by guests will result in charges.
• Children are always welcome at Omari Bendigo. We offer a children’s menu and amenities like prams and high chairs. For everyone’s enjoyment, we request that children remain seated and supervised at all times.
• BYO cakes are not permitted unless pre-approved by the venue. Cakeage fees apply.

Cancellations:

• We understand plans change, but due to our regional nature, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
