Do you accept cash?

Omari Bendigo accepts AUD currency only. We accept all major card payments via our Square Terminals. 

Do you serve Alcohol?

At Omari Bendigo, we take your safety and compliance seriously. We conduct IDs checks to ensure that we only serve alcohol to guests above the legal age of 18. We follow all rules and regulations set by VCGLR, and our dedicated team practices responsible alcohol service. If anyone on our premises becomes drunk, violent, or quarrelsome, we will kindly request them to leave, and we won't hesitate to alert the local police to maintain a secure environment.

we have a large group that wants to dine in?

For group reservations exceeding 10 guests, we advise contacting our team directly to facilitate suitable space.

Can we come in for drinks?

You're welcome to drop in to enjoy a cocktail or coffee! Reservations are advised during peak periods.

What time does the kitchen close?

Our kitchen closes 30 minutes prior to closing for the day, these hours may vary.

I want to host an event?

Omari is capable of accommodating various events. We recommend you submit an event enquiry, which will allow our team to provide appropriate assistance tailored to your needs.

are children permitted?

Throughout AC & JR Group venues, we have been honored to host generations of family celebrations.

 

While always welcome, children dining at Omari are the responsibility of their parent or guardian and are to remain seated at their table at all times.

 

In fairness to other diners, we ask that children remain seated, quiet, and under parental control at all times. We reserve the right to request that babies and toddlers be taken outside to be soothed.

 

We do offer smaller dishes that cater to children and have limited highchairs available in the dining area. 

is there a dress code?

Casual attire is required.

No singlets during evening service and enclosed are required at all times.

where can I park?

Street parking is available, surrounding the venue, where available. Otherwise, our team are happy to call you a cab on request.

can I split my bill?

We certainly can, just let us know when you pay and we can sort it out for you.
Please be patient with us if you have a large group. 

is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our entire venue is located on the ground floor. Accessible bathrooms are also provided.

do you cater for dietary requiremenets?

Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.

are you open public holidays?

We are open most public holidays, but for the most up to date check out our Google or socials for details.

is there a smokers area?

Due to our venue offering food service, we do not have a designated smoking area.

You are welcome to smoke in non-covered areas and entry ways surrounding the venue.
