Reservation Information

• For Groups of 8+ Guests: We require a credit card pre-authorisation, but don’t worry—no charges are made unless there are no-shows or last-minute changes. A $25 per person fee applies if guest numbers are modified less than 24 hours before arrival or for no-shows. Credit card details are securely deleted 24 hours after your booking.

• For Groups of 10+ Guests or our Private Dining Space: Please contact our team directly to make arrangements.

• Reservation Timing: Each booking comes with a 90-minute dining experience. If you need more time, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We hold tables for 15 minutes after your reservation time, so if you’re running late, please let us know to avoid a no-show fee.

• Modifying Your Booking: You can easily adjust your booking through your confirmation email or the client portal. We’ll always try to accommodate changes based on availability.

• Table Requests: Our deck is dog-friendly and seating is first-come, first-served. If you’d prefer to sit on the deck, let us know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Dining Preferences & Policies: We cater to dietary needs, so feel free to inform us upon arrival. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays.

• BYO Cakes: We offer a selection of freshly made cakes and desserts created in-house. If you have special requests, please reach out in advance so we can discuss options. Cakage fees may apply.

• Children: Kids are welcome! We offer a dedicated kids’ menu and kids packs, but we kindly ask that children remain seated and supervised.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice00
